Membership Options
A signature championship golf course designed by PGA legend Tom Lehman places certain demands on a player. There is no end to the challenges.
Fortunately, club membership is a straightforward affair, allowing you to focus on playing golf, not notarizing paperwork.
There are four membership categories: Golf, Social, Associate, and Invitational - with the Golf and Social reserved exclusively for residents.
For those fortunate enough to live at Encanterra, a Social membership is required upon purchase of a home, and a Golf membership is optional for an additional initiation fee. There's an initiation deposit and then monthly incremental dues. All memberships are right-to-use (that means no member assessments).
For those residing in the outside world (a situation we're happy to remedy) an Associate or Invitational membership grants equal access to all amenities. Please note that all initiation deposits and dues estimates are just that - estimates. Encanterra will have no more than 450 Golf, Associate, and Invitational members.
There, now it's decision time. Just keep in mind the helpful advice of Ryder Cup captain Tom Lehman: "hurry." Just make sure you hurry in a relaxed, Encanterran manner.

1. The 50/50 lets you pay half the initiation now, and half later. By later, we mean when you're relaxing in the private dining area of our completed 42,000 sq ft resort clubhouse.
2. The Transfer lets you delay the payment of the initiation fee until you've received your refund from your existing club. That means that when you're ready to step up to Encanterra, we're ready for you.
3. The Pay as You Go let's you pay a portion of the initiation fee up front, and then make surprisingly low monthly payments as you enjoy the spoils of membership.
